Senior Prefect Head of House Francis

My name is Hanna and I am currently entering Year 11 and I am the head prefect for St Francis at All Saints.

I have always enjoyed taking leadership, usually in school sports and team sports I am a part of. When I applied for prefect roles, I initially thought that I didn't want to take a more serious role in being a prefect, but I am glad my friends and teachers talked to me, and I decided to apply and to my surprise I ended up getting it. This has taught me to always put yourself up for something even if you think you won't achieve but always believe in yourself as you can do so much more than you think. I feel more motivated than I think I have ever been in school as I now am in a positive example to younger students and people in my own year group to be the best version on their self. I truly want to see everyone in Francis House achieve great things. 

My overall goal is that I want to spread ours Saints values to the whole school, peace and justice. I will achieve this goal by ensuring all students are treat fairly and no one feels disconnected and left out. I also would like to foster an environment that celebrates everyone's differences, strengths, and accomplishments. 

I hope to reach and accomplish all my goals for my time as a St Francis prefect. I want to support everyone and if anyone has any problems or concerns, I hope they feel comfortable talking to me. Thank you for reading.
