Senior Prefect Head of House Oswald

Hi, I'm Lucy, as the new Head of Oswald, my ambition is to work with the other Oswald prefects to promote our house values, courage and integrity, and to inspire everyone at All Saints to explore these values and develop them throughout their time here, by making sure everyone feels able to have a voice.

I am honoured to be given the position as Head of Oswald and use the time as a prefect to be able to guide others. Furthermore, my aspiration is to support the year 7s through the transition into secondary school and my overall goal is to create a safe, positive environment. In addition, I would like to boost their confidence and positively encourage them to have a growth mindset to get the best out of their time at secondary school. 

I wanted to become a house prefect to support Mrs Senior in her role as Head of Oswald. Throughout my time at All Saints I have be inspired by other students taking on the role of Head Prefect and believe that I could foster the same qualities as they had produced during the past few years.
