Senior Prefect Inclusiveness

Within Hild, our house values are equality and inclusiveness. As the Prefect of Inclusiveness, I am dedicated to fostering a community where every individual feels valued, respected, and included. Inclusiveness is a cornerstone of our community’s strength and creativity, and I am committed to upholding this principle in all our journey.

I believe everyone should feel included within our school community and that everyone should come together to work in unity. I want every student to know there is a safe environment for them and people to talk to. I also want to expand and develop peoples knowledge on issues surrounding inclusion and help others to act on their weaknesses and improves themselves for the better. I also want to encourage more cultural diversity, as well as welcoming refugees into our school, especially now where a school of sanctuary which the school is very proud of. I will take responsibility for any racism, bullying or discrimination and act upon it to make the school a more inclusive place for all.  

Through promoting empathy, understanding, and open dialogue during worship, I will work to build a community where everyone can thrive. Together, we will create a school that further embraces differences and champions equality, making All Saints a place where everyone belongs.
